My Story

Ben Sheppard is about to take on his toughest ever challenge, all to raise money for the Global's Make Some Noise Emergency Appeal.

On Friday 19th June, he is taking on a 400 metre athletic track and running it for 24 straight hours.

This is hands down the most mentally and physically challenging thing he has ever taken on and will result in him running for well over 100 miles. Donate now to support Ben in this epic challenge and to help those hit hardest by coronavirus in our communities.

The Emergency Appeal for Global’s Make Some Noise will support small charities up and down the country that are helping those experiencing grief, poverty, domestic abuse, loneliness, illness and mental health problems, as well as carers and care workers.
